Counselling is a talking therapy that involves a trained and qualified counsellor listening to you and helping you find ways to deal with emotional issues. Counsellors can help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought process, and find your own solutions to problems. (NHS website)

Yes! You can book any number of sessions in one go.

Unlike most NHS provided counselling there is no limit to the number of sessions someone can receive. After every 5 sessions we will review how you are finding the process to make sure that you are still benefiting from the sessions.

At your first session we will briefly talk through how we work, and will have time for you to ask any questions you may have. Afterwards we can review the session to see how you found the process, and then we can either book another session right away, or you can get back in touch to rebook at a later time.

You can change or cancel your appointment upto 48 hours beforehand. All cancelled or missed appointments within 48 hours will still need to be paid for.

No. Anyone can receive counselling.
